Vineyards are planted on fields, spread over five municipalities.
The ground is composed of marl, limestone, clay and kimmeridgien. The subsoil makes the typical features of the “Cotes des Bar” wine unique. The vines are: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.
The company’s farming is reasonable. All of the fields are cultivated separately and all the champagnes are processed thanks to the union of two vintages, providing elegance and constancy.
